Reports are submitted within 48 hours to the practice along with billing and ICD coding. The physician’s offices performs all billing and we provide a monthly invoice. Additionally, we supply the necessary equipment and testing supplies and invoice your practice once per month. Only a small treatment room is necessary for testing.

About Dr. Charles Stevens DPT, RMSK, R-EDX, COMT, CLT, AIB-VAM

He has performed > 550 EMG studies and has graduated from one of two residency programs in the country approved by the American Boards of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education and is approved to sit for formal board certification examination in March 2026 to obtain his electrodiagnostic clinical specialist certification (ECS). He currently performs these studies at his own clinic and in varying physician offices including primary care, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, and physiatry.

Patients with tingling, burning, numbness, pain, weakness for greater than 21 days.
