Golf-rehab

You are eligible for this service whether or not your physical therapy was covered by your insurance or was cash-based payment. You will receive the same screens and assessments as our golf fitness clients. An individualized program will be built for you based on our findings and you will be offered packages at a discounted rate for transitioning from a satisfied patient to a loyal client.
