How does joint mobility work?
Our Doctor of Physical Therapy will do an insurance-covered physical therapy evaluation to assess your range of motion, upper and lower body strength, balance, coordination, sensation, reflexes, and overall health. If cleared medically to begin the guided exercise a specialized program designed for you would be created. Our unique program effectively combats the age-related loss of muscle, sarcopenia, to start the process of rebuilding lean body mass and joint mobility.
If skilled one on one insurance-based therapy would help you move better with less pain and there are functional limitations then insurance-covered physical therapy would be indicated to prevent injury before moving into the wellness exercise portion of our program.
We Have Helped Hundreds Right here in NEPA move better and feel better with less pain and improved confidence!
We can help with…
Losing Weight, Improving Independence, Having More Energy, Maintaining Independence With Aging, Building Muscle, and Feeling Better!
How is the Guided Joint Mobility Exercise Structured?
In the initial phase, the member works one on one with our Doctor of Physical Therapy or a Physical Therapist Assistant to learn their program. After this initial phase of the membership is done, each following session is a small group fitness class of 3-4 participants supervised 100% by the team of Doctor’s of Physical Therapy and Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure a safe and effective exercise session is achieved at every session.
Our mission at Mobile Therapy Services is to share our passion for joint mobility exercise with others and to help a community of NEPA age in place and avoid unnecessary hospitalizations and surgeries.
What Do Others Have to Say?

“On Mother’s Day, I took a bad fall My left leg was badly bruised and I could hardly walk.
Charles came to my apartment and said I should be using a walker instead of a cane. That worked much better and we did some exercises. He said the pain would be gone in three weeks and he was right. I am going to his office now and I am walking so much better.
Mobile Therapy Services is a wonderful place and Charles and Paula are so helpful and I’ll be coming back for my 6 monthly check-up.”
